Secretary’s Minutes from 3/13/2026 Motion to approve: Rob Smith. Second: Jeff Zapolsky, Passed unanimously

Treasurer’s Report– Jeff Zapolsky (attached): Account balances have ample funds

Snowplowing costs did not meet the minimum contract price of $38K. This was the last year  of a 5 year contract. Dave Douglas will call Burgess to renegotiate a new 5 year contract.

Delinquent landowner payments are Fey, Suke, Doremus & Tessier. Ed stated that Tessier was given a boat slip, but that will be revoked since he is in arrears.

Lots 107e &107e in the Overlook just had a lot of clearing done. We need to send them a bill for heavy equipment.

Dave Douglas has not yet inquired about less expensive insurance carrier. He will get on that.

Budget presented at the last meeting was reviewed and passed. MSP (attached)

Road Commissioner’s Report-Dave Douglas: Roads survived the winter and this recent rain with no big problems. He plans to unpost the roads on Monday. M&H will start repairs in June. Thanks to ED Zambraski for filling potholes. Next Road Committee meeting is 9AM next Sat at Dave Douglas’s house.

Waterfront Report- Ed Zambraski (attached): Ed fell and broke 6 ribs, so will need to have someone else mow the waterfront. Dave Douglas volunteered and Rob Smith will help with other Waterfront issues. Waterfront Committee meets Next Sat at the waterfront.

Nominating Committee: Sam White, Val Zapolsky, Darren Winslow and Dave Arthurs terms are up. Committee will see if they will recommit or find new members.

Short-Term Rentals: LUPC passed their rules which require registration of all STR in the plantations. However, there is no penalty for noncompliance. Ed Z. presented a form to collect similar info for HOLA. Jeff combined that new info into his HOLA MEMBER INFO PAGE that he sends out with the bills every October. All thought this was a good idea to combine the forms. Jeff & Ed will work together on this and email final form to board. Also, no penalty for noncompliance.

Since there were no other issues, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 AM.

Next meeting July 11 at 9 AM at the theater.

Respectfully Submitted, Val Zapolsky
